The HCG Diet Plan allows a choice from the following list for both lunch and dinner. You may rearrange your food choices to fit your individual needs as long as you do not add any additional foods or eat all your meals at the same time (example: skip lunch and eat all for dinner.) There are no objections to breaking up your meals. For instance, having an apple or 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast or an orange before going to bed provided that they are deducted from the regular meals. The two fruits may not be eaten at the same time nor can any item be saved from the previous day and added to the following day.
Breakfast - Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoon (Tbsp) of milk is allowed in a 24 hour period. Saccharin or other sweeteners may be used.
